What does a standard yacht charter cover?
Each charter provides a skilled crew, protective equipment, fuel, and standard refreshments. The specifics depend on the charter type — for example, sunset tours provide upscale refreshments and snacks, while business charters are equipped with meeting facilities and a corporate catering selection.
When should I reserve my booking?
It is best to book 2–3 weeks prior, or during busy seasons between May and September. To secure your preferred date and to leave room for tailored services, we suggest arranging corporate and private celebration charters 4–6 weeks ahead of time.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our foremost concern is your safety. In the case our captain decides the weather is unfit for sailing, we will propose an alternate date or issue a full refund. Weather forecasts are checked constantly and if there's a risk, you'll be informed at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, you can come with your own refreshments and snacks. We also offer top-notch catering services and can adapt menus to suit your taste. Kindly note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed aboard.
Are your yachts set up for individuals with mobility impairments?
We endeavor to serve all guests. While some of our vessels are more accessible than others, it is important to discuss your specific needs when you book, so that we can direct you to the most appropriate yacht and arrange any necessary aids.
What do I need to know about your cancellation terms?
Cancellations done more than 72 hours in advance are entitled to a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation notices received within 24 hours of departure cannot be refunded unless the cancellation is due to unforeseen weather or mechanical complications on our end.
